Thank you for supporting Erzulie® Natural Cosmetics. Every order is handcrafted, packaged, and shipped with care. Please review the details below regarding processing times, delivery, and responsibilities.

📦 Processing Time

All products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight and selection at checkout.

Once shipped, packages typically arrive within:

  • First Class Mail: 5–7 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–5 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Before contacting us about delivery status, please check your tracking link and your email, including spam or junk folders.

🌍 International Shipping

International orders are shipped via First Class International or Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

Any overpayment on shipping will be refunded automatically at the time of shipment.

Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product or shipping costs.

📮 Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout on Shopify and PayPal.

  • Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS or international carriers.

A tracking number with proof of delivery completes our shipping obligation.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or alternate delivery spots

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact USPS directly with your tracking number

We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

⏳ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed due to our rapid batching and fulfillment process.
